Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipping of your order.

3. International Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada. At this time we are not able to ship to any other countries.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number, allowing you to track your order’s progress.
5. Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process:
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team using the form below to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a location to ship the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, note the return auth number on the package and ship to the specified address.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to [7-10] business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
